I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know how fortunate Jeff and I feel you have the two of you as neighbors.
From the day we moved in and you brought over that delicious pie, we have really felt welcome in the neighborhood. It's largely thanks to you that we feel comfortable leaving town, because you are so willing to take in the mail and to keep an eye out for suspicious characters.
